      "longDescription": "Ranked (ranked.ng) is a directory of Nigerian businesses. This server exposes nine read-only tools over it. Three read the production database: the ordered ranking for a category in a Nigerian city, served only where the base page is published; one place page with its rank on its primary published facet and any regulator register matches; and the indexable hub URLs on ranked.ng with counts. Six read committed files with no database: search across the file-backed dataset, whether a name appears on the CBN, SEC, NAICOM, NCC or PenCom register as accessed on a dated snapshot, a regulator's register in the regulator's own order, whether someone in Nigeria can pay for a named product (naira pricing, card acceptance, local rails, geo-restriction), the same rubric for two to five products side by side, and a stats tool reporting what the server holds and each register's access date. Every answer carries a canonical ranked.ng URL and an 'as accessed on' date. A register match is what that regulator's register listed on the access date, not a licence finding by Ranked. The server never writes, takes no payment, and returns no personal contact data.",
