- `create_llc_lead`: Registers the LLC formation request, emails the user a confirmation with their reference number, and returns the payment link. The user does not need to fill in any web form afterwards: everything was captured here. If they are not ready to pay, hand them off to a person, not to a form. Call this ONLY after the user has explicitly confirmed the package. Start Companies replies by email within 24 hours.
- `get_checkout_link`: Returns the Stripe checkout link for one of the three packages. Use it when the user already knows which package they want and wants to pay now, or when they submitted the request earlier and want to pay afterwards. If they already have a reference number, pass it so the payment can be matched to their request.
- `get_itin_info`: Returns what an ITIN is, what it costs, which documents are needed, how long the IRS takes, and the link to the application form on the Start Companies website. Use it when the user asks about renewing, keeping the LLC active, IRS filings, penalties, the annual report, the state fee, or what happens after the first year.
- `recommend_llc_package`: Given the US state, whether the LLC has more than one member, and which services the user needs, returns the package that matches those inputs and explains why. Read-only: it does not create anything.
