## Quality 79/100 (good)

### protocol: 75 (weight 25)

- warn `protocol.modern`: newest supported version is 2025-11-25; 2026-07-28 not supported, older versions are deprecated until 2027-07-28
- n/a `protocol.stateless`: only applies to 2026-07-28 servers
- pass `protocol.transport`: streamable HTTP
- n/a `protocol.list_ttl`: only applies to 2026-07-28 servers

### authorization: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `auth.prm`, `auth.as_metadata`, `auth.cimd`: no remote uses OAuth
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 71 (weight 30)

- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description
- pass `tools.description_length`: descriptions are concise
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: slash_bond (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); bond_status (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); price_bond (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 1,022 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: no tool changes in 30 days
- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 10, about 1,022 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: e3f8e7d939f3af377dfb568f6aa1a7dd
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/io.github.jdhart81/agent-surety.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/io.github.jdhart81/agent-surety)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

## Tools (10)

- `activate_bond`: Mark a POSTED bond ACTIVE (idempotent). funding_ref links the payment
rail transaction that funded the stake.
- `bond_status`: Current record for a bond (state, balances, claims, audit head).
- `describe_agent`: Return capabilities and input contract.
- `file_claim`: File a claim against an ACTIVE bond. Claims pay out ONLY when an
arbitration ruling upholds them (see slash_bond).
- `list_bonds`: List bonds, optionally filtered by state
    (POSTED|ACTIVE|RELEASED|EXHAUSTED).
- `post_bond`: Post a surety bond behind an agent's promises. principal is a positive
integer in minor units; expires_at is the ISO-8601 coverage window end.
The bond fee (2% default) is computed and frozen at post.
- `price_bond`: Underwrite a surety bond: deterministic actuarial premium quote from a
counterparty's track record (attestations, notarized deliveries, completed
bonds lower the rate; slashes raise it or decline outright). Integer-only
model uw-v1; the returned quote_hash lets any party recompute and verify
the quote. Pure — never mutates bond state.
- `release_bond`: Release the remaining stake to the principal after the coverage window
elapses — refused while any claim is still open.
- `slash_bond`: Execute an arbitration ruling against a claim. Requires the ruling's
case id + content hash from agent-arbitration — no ruling, no slash; a
given ruling pays at most once. Payout caps at the bond's available
    balance (over-claims exhaust the bond).
- `verify_audit`: Validate the tamper-evident audit hash chain for a bond.
