## Connection (mcpServers)

## Trust

- hygiene: 100
- liveness: 100
- freshness: 85
- provenance: 90
- drivers: +repository +namespace-matches-repo +website +reachable +uptime-100% ~updated-72d-ago
- Derived from observable signals (official registry feed and our own credential-free probes); no code audit performed.

## Quality 79/100 (good)

### protocol: 88 (weight 25)

- pass `protocol.modern`: supports 2026-07-28 (server/discover)
- pass `protocol.stateless`: answers without a session
- pass `protocol.transport`: streamable HTTP
- warn `protocol.list_ttl`: tools/list declares ttlMs 0, so clients re-fetch it on every use

### authorization: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `auth.prm`, `auth.as_metadata`, `auth.cimd`: no remote uses OAuth
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 86 (weight 30)

- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description
- pass `tools.description_length`: descriptions are concise
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- pass `tools.annotations`: 5 of 5 tools declare readOnlyHint or destructiveHint
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: check_registration (destructiveHint, idempotentHint); cancel_registration (destructiveHint, idempotentHint); revoke_self (destructiveHint, idempotentHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 941 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 50 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: 1 tool changes in 30 days
- fail `stability.rug_pull`: 1 tools kept their name but changed most of their description in 30 days; review before trusting them

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 5, about 941 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: 4d50377010ff88a49bba9ef3339a125e
- tools last changed: 2026-10-17T11:37:13.714Z
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/io.github.alfongj-com/yo.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/io.github.alfongj-com/yo)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

### Tool changes

- 2026-10-17 `yo` changed (description, inputSchema) **meaning changed**
  - before: Send a Yo — a content-free push notification — to your owner. Requires an agent API key as the Bearer token. Optionally include a context_url the notification tap-through will open.
  - after: Send a Yo push notification to your owner. Recommended: include a short subject explaining what the notification is about, and a context_url when there is a useful link to open. The subject appears on the lock screen and in the app; avoid secrets. Requires an agent API key as the Bearer token.

## Tools (5)

- `cancel_registration`: Abort a pairing you started with register_agent. Works while pending and after approval: an already-approved connection is revoked (the API key stops working) so a pairing approved by the wrong account can be undone. Available until the pairing expires, and for 15 minutes after you pick up the API key; later than that, use revoke_self. Then call register_agent again.
- `check_registration`: Check the status of a pairing code from register_agent. On the first poll after the user approves, the response includes the api_key exactly once — store it immediately in your secret mechanism — plus paired_with, the account the agent is now connected to, which you MUST show the user.
- `register_agent`: Register this agent with Yo (unauthenticated). Returns a pairing URL and code to show the user, who approves the connection in the Yo app. Then poll check_registration to obtain the API key.
- `revoke_self`: Permanently revoke THIS agent using its API key as the Bearer token. Use when you discover (at any time) that paired_with is not your owner’s account and cancel_registration no longer works. The key stops working immediately; call register_agent to start over.
- `yo`: Send a Yo push notification to your owner. Recommended: include a short subject explaining what the notification is about, and a context_url when there is a useful link to open. The subject appears on the lock screen and in the app; avoid secrets. Requires an agent API key as the Bearer token.
