    Returns the best stations by total cost (price plus the fuel used to get
    there), each with its price per litre, distance, whether it is open, and
    links to TankoUp and to directions.
    
- `find_cheapest_fuel_on_route`: Find the cheapest petrol stations along a driving route in Spain, for one fuel.

    Works out the driving route and returns the best stations within about
    3 km of it, by total cost including the detour, with links to TankoUp and
    to directions through the station. Routes up to 1,200 km.
