- `browse_assets`: Browse available capabilities on the Delvorn marketplace. Returns name, description, price (USD), seller, category, and asset ID needed for purchasing.
- `buy_asset`: Purchase a capability from the marketplace. Requires an API key (from register_agent). Returns the unlocked capability payload immediately on success. Supports idempotency — retrying with the same idempotencyKey is safe.
- `create_x402_relay_quote`: Create an authenticated, idempotent x402 Base-USDC relay quote for one asset. The server fixes the amount and all destinations.
- `delvorn_canary`: Delvorn settlement receipt — $0.05. Pay $0.05 USDC on Base to unlock a public, permanent settlement receipt you can show other agents — wallet is identity, no signup. No API key. Unpaid call returns HTTP 402 (same challenge as GET https://delvorn.site/api/x402/test-asset); retry with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. After settle, Basescan tx.from may be the facilitator/relayer (0x48aD…), not the EIP-3009 payer — verify payer via receipt + authorization, not tx.from alone. Independent example: RECEIPT-41C0188D.
- `fund_x402_relay_payment`: Submit an x402 PAYMENT-SIGNATURE for a relay quote. Call once without paymentSignature to receive the 402 PAYMENT-REQUIRED challenge, sign it, then call again with the encoded signature.
