- `pdf_tables`: Dirtsmith-built (beta). Extract tables from a text-layer PDF URL as CSV, up to 5 pages per call. No OCR: scanned image PDFs return an error. Free 25/day; a /work/v2 credit unlocks 500 calls.
- `read_page`: Dirtsmith-built. Fetch a URL and return clean markdown text (actually executes). Respects robots.txt and noai opt-outs; free failover for PDFs. Free 25/day; a /work credit unlocks 500 calls.
- `submit_job`: Contractors: submit a claimed job. Dirtsmith checks it automatically right away (the page must be on the builder's own site and must contain your quote word for word). Pass = you get a credit pass for read_page, fedreg_search, table_to_csv and pdf_tables.
- `table_to_csv`: Dirtsmith-built. Convert the HTML tables on a web page to CSV. HTML only.
