## Trust

- hygiene: 80
- liveness: 100
- freshness: 85
- provenance: 55
- drivers: +dns-namespace +website +reachable +uptime-99% ~updated-71d-ago -no-repository
- Derived from observable signals (official registry feed and our own credential-free probes); no code audit performed.

## Quality 79/100 (good)

### protocol: 75 (weight 25)

- warn `protocol.modern`: newest supported version is 2025-11-25; 2026-07-28 not supported, older versions are deprecated until 2027-07-28
- n/a `protocol.stateless`: only applies to 2026-07-28 servers
- pass `protocol.transport`: streamable HTTP
- n/a `protocol.list_ttl`: only applies to 2026-07-28 servers

### authorization: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `auth.prm`, `auth.as_metadata`, `auth.cimd`: no remote uses OAuth
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 71 (weight 30)

- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description
- pass `tools.description_length`: descriptions are concise
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: get_alternatives (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); get_change_feed (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); get_use_case_collections (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 1,093 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: no tool changes in 30 days
- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 13, about 1,093 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: fcbba82bbfafbfeb094d97723ea1d87f
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/dev.reqistry/mcp.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/dev.reqistry/mcp)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

## Tools (13)

- `assess_api_production_safety`: Assess whether an API looks production-safe using Reqistry trust score, health, docs, auth, pricing, CORS, and OpenAPI signals.
- `check_health`: Trigger (or return cached) a health check for one API. Returns CACHED within cooldown, or QUEUED with a poll URL. Rate-limited per device.
- `compare_apis`: Compare 2 to 8 APIs side-by-side by id or slug. Returns auth, pricing, rate limits, SDKs, response time, CORS, verification, OpenAPI, and trust scores.
- `get_alternatives`: Find alternative APIs similar to a given API id — prefers same category, falls back to same API type. limit must be 2 or 3 (default 3).
- `get_api`: Get full detail for one API by slug or id, including health, metadata, verification, and warnings. Use after browsing a category to drill in.
- `get_api_trust_score`: Get the Reqistry trust score for one API by id or slug. Score covers uptime, response time, docs quality, auth clarity, CORS, pricing clarity, freshness, and OpenAPI availability.
- `get_category_apis`: List published APIs in a category by slug (e.g. 'weather', 'finance'). Paginated. Use list_categories first to get a category slug.
- `get_change_feed`: Read recent Reqistry API change events: pricing changes, docs moves, OpenAPI changes, health degradation/recovery, and trust-score changes.
- `get_use_case_collections`: Get curated use-case packs such as finance dashboards, free AI APIs, travel apps, and no-auth prototype APIs.
- `list_categories`: List all active API categories with the number of published APIs in each. Use to populate a category filter or browse by topic.
- `recommend_apis`: Get recommended APIs — personalized when the device has bookmarks, otherwise random picks. Optional limit (max 50).
- `submit_api`: Submit a new API for review. Creates a 'pending' submission (not immediately published). At least name or link required. Email optional.
- `suggest_alternatives`: Suggest healthier alternatives to a weak or dead API. Uses the same category/type matching as Reqistry alternatives.
