## Connection (mcpServers)

## Trust

- hygiene: 80
- liveness: 97
- freshness: 100
- provenance: 55
- drivers: +dns-namespace +website +reachable +uptime-94% +updated-18d-ago -no-repository
- Derived from observable signals (official registry feed and our own credential-free probes); no code audit performed.

## Quality 77/100 (good)

### protocol: 88 (weight 25)

- pass `protocol.modern`: supports 2026-07-28 (server/discover)
- pass `protocol.stateless`: answers without a session
- pass `protocol.transport`: streamable HTTP
- warn `protocol.list_ttl`: tools/list declares ttlMs 0, so clients re-fetch it on every use

### authorization: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `auth.prm`, `auth.as_metadata`, `auth.cimd`: no remote uses OAuth
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 57 (weight 30)

- fail `tools.descriptions`: 3 of 29 tools have no description (unpublish_hosted_page, set_connector_active, remove_connector)
- pass `tools.description_length`: descriptions are concise
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: unpublish_hosted_page (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); resend_verification_code (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); sign_up (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 3,175 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: 2 tool changes in 30 days
- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 29, about 3,175 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: e8758a2054ba63a82854f72c87c9f8dc
- tools last changed: 2026-10-12T10:12:30.699Z
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/com.shipmyform/shipmyform.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/com.shipmyform/shipmyform)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

### Tool changes

- 2026-10-12 `update_form` changed (inputSchema)
- 2026-10-04 `start_upgrade` changed (description)
  - before: Get a hosted checkout URL for the Starter or Pro plan. Payment is completed by a person on that page; the plan activates automatically afterwards (check with get_account).
  - after: Get a hosted checkout URL for the Starter or Business plan. Payment is completed by a person on that page; the plan activates automatically afterwards (check with get_account).

## Tools (29)

- `add_connector`: Route a form's submissions somewhere: email, webhook, Slack, Discord, Airtable, HubSpot, Telegram and more. Get the config fields from list_connector_types. OAuth connectors (Google Sheets, Notion) must be added in the dashboard.
- `create_api_key`: Mint another API key for this workspace (shown once), optionally narrower than this one. A key can never grant scopes it does not itself hold, so this is the safe way to hand a limited key to another agent.
- `create_form`: Create a form and get its endpoint plus a paste-ready HTML snippet. Email notifications to the account owner are set up automatically. Works on every plan.
- `delete_form`: Delete a form; its endpoint stops accepting submissions.
- `delete_submissions`: Permanently delete submissions (and their files).
- `export_submissions`: All of a form's submissions (up to 2,000) as CSV text, optionally filtered by status.
- `get_account`: The account's email, verification state, plan, limits, usage and dashboard URL.
- `get_billing_portal`: A self-service billing portal URL: change plan, update the card, cancel.
- `get_form`: A form's full configuration, connectors and hosted-page status.
- `get_form_snippet`: A copy-paste form snippet for a framework (html, react, vue, or fetch) wired to the form's endpoint.
- `get_submission`: One submission with spam signals and delivery history.
- `get_submission_stats`: Delivered / spam-held / flagged counts for a form, plus workspace quota usage. Works on every plan.
- `label_submissions`: Mark submissions as spam, ok (not spam) or flagged. spam/ok also teach the classifier, so your judgement improves future filtering. This is how you triage in your own environment: list, decide, label.
- `list_api_keys`: API keys on this workspace (metadata only).
- `list_connectors`: Connectors on a form with their status and last error.
- `list_connector_types`: Every destination submissions can be routed to, with the config fields each needs and which plan it requires.
- `list_forms`: The workspace's forms with their public endpoint URLs.
- `list_submissions`: Read submissions across the workspace or for one form, with filters (status, date range, text search, country, attachments, failed deliveries) and paging. Spam is excluded unless status is 'spam'. Requires a paid plan.
- `publish_hosted_page`: Publish a standalone page for the form on shipmyform.com (no website needed) and get its URL plus an embed script. Uses the designed page if one exists, otherwise a default email + message form.
- `remove_connector`:
- `resend_verification_code`: Email a fresh 6-digit verification code to the account's address.
- `revoke_api_key`: Revoke a key by id. The key in use on this connection cannot revoke itself.
- `set_connector_active`:
- `sign_up`: Start a ShipMyForm account from an email address, with no browser. A 6-digit code is emailed to the address; verify_account with { email, code } then returns the API key. Works without authentication. Also works for an existing account (the code approves API access).
- `start_upgrade`: Get a hosted checkout URL for the Starter or Business plan. Payment is completed by a person on that page; the plan activates automatically afterwards (check with get_account).
- `test_connector`: Send a test delivery through a connector and report the result.
- `unpublish_hosted_page`:
- `update_form`: Change any subset of a form's settings: name, purpose, allowedDomains, redirectUrl, spamMode, active, storeSubmissions, validation rules, blocklist, autoResponder (Pro).
- `verify_account`: Prove the address with the 6-digit code emailed by sign_up. Without a key on the connection, pass the email too: on success this returns the API key (shown once). Turns on email notifications.
