- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description

- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: convert_decimal_hours (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); overtime_pay (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); calculate_time_card (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 554 tokens to load every tool

- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 4, about 554 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: 6a85f10794009f34ffd0cb712ffe2402

## Tools (4)

- `calculate_time_card`: Adds up a time card (up to 14 days, 7 per workweek) from start and end times in 24-hour HH:MM, subtracting unpaid breaks; shifts past midnight are handled. Splits overtime per workweek under US federal law (over 40 hours, 1.5x) or under the daily rules of California, Alaska, Nevada or Colorado, and gives gross pay when an hourly rate is given.
- `convert_decimal_hours`: Converts hours and minutes (H:MM) to decimal hours, or decimal hours to hours and minutes. 7:45 is 7.75 hours.
- `overtime_pay`: Regular, overtime and double-time pay from an hourly rate and hours. Overtime multiplier defaults to 1.5 (US federal minimum for covered, non-exempt work over 40 hours a week); double time is 2x.
- `split_tip_pool`: Splits a tip pool by hours worked, rounded to the cent so the shares add up exactly to the total.
