## Trust

- hygiene: 80
- liveness: 100
- freshness: 85
- provenance: 55
- drivers: +dns-namespace +website +reachable +uptime-100% ~updated-55d-ago -no-repository
- Derived from observable signals (official registry feed and our own credential-free probes); no code audit performed.

## Quality 88/100 (good)

### protocol: 100 (weight 25)

- pass `protocol.modern`: supports 2026-07-28 (server/discover)
- pass `protocol.stateless`: answers without a session
- pass `protocol.transport`: streamable HTTP
- pass `protocol.list_ttl`: tool list is cacheable (ttlMs 300000)

### authorization: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `auth.prm`, `auth.as_metadata`, `auth.cimd`: no remote uses OAuth
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 71 (weight 30)

- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description
- pass `tools.description_length`: descriptions are concise
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: get_current_state (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); resolve_identity (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); get_resolver_link (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 1,112 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: no tool changes in 30 days
- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 7, about 1,112 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: 4469f78ae19128b0d54cff61d768636f
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/com.ecocitizenz/trust-mcp.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/com.ecocitizenz/trust-mcp)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

### Tool changes

_No tool definition changes recorded._

## Remotes

- https://trust-mcp.ecocitizenz.com/mcp (streamable-http, auth none, reachable true, uptime30d 1)

## Packages

_none_

## Tools (7)

- `create_request_to_resolve`: AUTHENTICATED: create a neutral, shareable request for independently re-checkable ECZ-ID evidence. Requires a Microsoft Entra bearer token with the RequestToResolve.Create scope (or app role). It never verifies a target, never sends messages, and absence of evidence is never rendered as unsafe.
- `explain_status`: Deterministically render the exact ECZ-ID status using the claims-safe renderer (VERIFIED is an ECZ-ID state, not a Microsoft certification). Absence of evidence renders the approved neutral wording — never "unsafe". No LLM.
- `find_product`: Given narrow context flags, return ONE best next ECZ-ID product action (free/community routes win where correct; neutral context routes to free public verification).
- `get_current_state`: Return the narrow current Resolver-derived state for an ECZ-ID (state, checked_at, Resolver link). No risk/safety/compliance inference.
- `get_install_instructions`: Return deterministic official install/discovery routes for an ECZ-ID product or surface (canonical URLs only; planned Microsoft surfaces carry no URLs).
- `get_resolver_link`: Return the deterministic public Resolver proof/re-check URL for an ECZ-ID. No network call.
- `resolve_identity`: Resolve an ECZ-ID through the public ECZ-ID Resolver and return the exact canonical state with checked_at, Resolver proof link, re-check action and the local-policy caveat. Never asserts safety, approval or compliance.
