# Selis MCP

> MCP server for Selis TMiS — manage PMO entities from any MCP client

- name: app.selis.mcp/pmo
- version: 0.2.2
- connection class: R2 (oauth_consent_once)
- trust: 86/100
- quality: 82/100 (good)
- owner: not claimed
- descriptor: https://api.protogrid.dev/v1/servers/app.selis.mcp%2Fpmo
- tools: https://api.protogrid.dev/v1/servers/app.selis.mcp%2Fpmo/tools

**An agent can connect after a one-time OAuth consent by a human.** Remote endpoint behind OAuth 2. Tokens stay with the agent; the registry only exposes the authorization metadata.

## Trust

- hygiene: 100
- liveness: 100
- freshness: 65
- provenance: 75
- drivers: +repository +dns-namespace +reachable +uptime-100% ~updated-176d-ago

## Quality 82/100 (good)

### protocol: n/a (weight 25)

- n/a `protocol.modern`, `protocol.stateless`, `protocol.transport`, `protocol.list_ttl`: no remote answered a protocol handshake (not probed yet, unreachable, or local-only)

### authorization: 83 (weight 15)

- pass `auth.prm`: Protected Resource Metadata (RFC 9728) published
- pass `auth.as_metadata`: authorization server metadata reachable
- warn `auth.cimd`: only Dynamic Client Registration, deprecated in 2026-07-28 in favour of CIMD
- n/a `auth.secret_in_url`: no templated URL

### tool hygiene: 64 (weight 30)

- warn `tools.descriptions`: 3 of 13 tools have a description under 20 characters
- warn `tools.description_length`: 1 tools have descriptions over 1,024 characters, which crowds the context
- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- warn `tools.annotations`: only 10 of 13 tools declare readOnlyHint or destructiveHint
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: selis_list (destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); selis_get (destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); selis_create (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 1,548 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

### stability: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `stability.changes`: no tool changes in 30 days
- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: 100 (weight 15)

- pass `deps.known_vulns`: no known advisory in 7 resolved packages
- n/a `deps.mcp_sdk_version`: the official MCP SDK is not in the dependency graph
- pass `deps.resolvable`: @calx/selis-mcp@0.2.2 resolved: 7 packages

- tools: 13, about 1,548 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: 80c5fc6352cd396fbe389a650d2815d2
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/app.selis.mcp/pmo.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/app.selis.mcp/pmo)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

## Tools (13)

- `selis_comment_add`: Add a comment to an item, or reply to an existing comment.
- `selis_comments_list`: List comments for an item. If commentId is provided, returns that comment and its replies.
- `selis_create`: Create entity. Use selis_describe first to see valid enum values. WARNING: owner/assignee/group/item fields expect UUIDs, not names.
- `selis_delete`: Delete entity
- `selis_describe`: Show entity fields with PMO concepts, types, and valid enum values. Call before creating or updating.
- `selis_get`: Get entity by ID
- `selis_list`: List entities. Supports text search, scope, filters, and pagination. Returns compact one-line summaries (default 15, max 40 rows).
- `selis_login`: Returns the OAuth URL for browser-based login. Call this when the user is not authenticated. Show the URL to the user so they can click it and authorize.
- `selis_logout`: Clear token
- `selis_orgs`: List available organizations the user can access. After authentication, call this to discover which organization the user belongs to, then ask them to pick one and call selis_set_org.
- `selis_scalo`: Pull the data behind the Selis 'Scalo' dashboards — Calx finance / people / pipeline, the Collab Currency & Skycatcher investment funds, and the Onmeta B2B/B2C portfolio board — already projected from item.meta with the same KPIs the dashboards compute. The generic selis_list CANNOT reach this data (it forces meta=none), so this is the ONLY way to read Scalo numbers. ALWAYS call this tool whenever the user asks how Calx / Scalo / the business / the investments / a fund is doing — even if they don't say the word 'Scalo'. For any broad or ambiguous 'how are we doing' question, call it with dataset:'all' so no dataset (investment funds and onmeta included) is silently skipped. Datasets: 'all' — EVERYTHING at once — finance + people + pipeline + BOTH investment funds (collab-currency & skycatcher) + onmeta, each already projected with its KPIs. USE THIS for any broad question about how Calx / Scalo / the business / the investments / a fund portfolio is doing, so no dataset is silently skipped. Prefer 'all' unless the user named one specific dataset. | 'finance' — Calx · monthly finance register: sales / revenue / COGS / collections / cash vs target & projection. Optional { year }. | 'people' — Calx · resource roster billability: billable / non-billable / unclassified / unavailable counts + the non-utilised people list. | 'pipeline' — Calx · sales pipeline by stage (Lead→Capture→Proposal→Negotiation→Won) with hit-rate, conversion rates and weighted value. Optional { year }. | 'fund' — Investment fund. Omit fundId to list available funds; pass { fundId: 'collab-currency' } (quarterly ROIC) or { fundId: 'skycatcher' } (monthly, net of management + hurdle-gated performance fees). | 'onmeta' — Onmeta KPI Board — B2B/B2C on/off-ramp portfolio ACTUALS (workspaces · onmeta-actuals), quarterly across FY26–27. Consolidated revenue / net-or-burn / cash across two lines; KPIs = latest revenue, QoQ growth, cash burn, cash left.
- `selis_set_org`: Set the active organization after discovering available ones with selis_orgs. The user must pick one from the list.
- `selis_update`: Update entity (data as YAML or JSON object)
