- pass `tools.descriptions`: every tool has a description

- pass `tools.schemas`: every tool has an object input schema
- fail `tools.annotations`: no tool declares readOnlyHint or destructiveHint, so clients cannot tell safe calls from risky ones
- fail `tools.directory_hints`: no tool declares all four of readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint and openWorldHint; missing: get_card (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); program_stats (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); redeem (readOnlyHint, destructiveHint, idempotentHint, openWorldHint); …
- pass `tools.token_cost`: about 299 tokens to load every tool
- pass `tools.api_dump`: tools are not a one-to-one API dump

- pass `stability.rug_pull`: no tool changed its meaning under the same name

### dependencies: n/a (weight 15)

- n/a `deps.known_vulns`, `deps.mcp_sdk_version`, `deps.resolvable`: no npm or PyPI package

- tools: 5, about 299 tokens to load them all
- tool set hash: 97631a075f2cc4fad76bf9cffb9df3ca
- badge: [![protogrid quality](https://protogrid.dev/badge/app.rowb.stampcard/cards.svg)](https://protogrid.dev/servers/app.rowb.stampcard/cards)
- Checks run on what our credential-free, read-only probes observe; tools are never called and no code audit is performed.

## Tools (5)

- `create_program`: Create or update the shop program: shop name, reward text, stamps required before a reward. Returns the program and its join URL (the poster target).
- `get_card`: Read one customer card: how many stamps, what the reward is, whether it is ready to redeem.
- `program_stats`: Program plus this month stamp usage and quota, so a shop can tell how close it is to the free limit.
- `redeem`: Redeem the reward on a card that has reached its required stamps. Resets the stamp count and increments the rewards-earned counter.
- `stamp`: Add one stamp to a customer card. Identify the card by its 8-character code (from the customer page) or by its token. One stamp per card per day unless allow_multiple is true.
